The Putilov 76.2mm m/02 Field Gun is an important gun, as it made up the mainstay of the Russian Imperial Army's artillery during the Great War, and was then used by all sides in the Civil War, and then by the Soviet Army well into WW2.
Of course, it lacks a lot of detail: the inner shield is missing, the
trail looks strange - it should be scooped out, not open, there is no dial
sight, the elevating wheels are very crude, there is no traversing spike, no
seats etc. I would also replace the shield altogether. But this is still a
better kit than Banderas albysmal
version. Anyone having a go at this
