Points to notice are:
- The gunner to the far left,
holding the spike, pressing the spur into the ground, thus reducing the
effect of the recoil
- The gun layer, sitting
facing the shield, i.e. the dial sight
- The gun commander, behind
the gun layer, checking the setting of the dial sight
- The breech operator, sitting
the the right, opening the breech
- The gunner that is hiding
the breech at the start of the clip: he has just loaded a (long) shell, he
then sits down
- The other gunner handling a
shell, standing at ready
